Application & Administration Policy 2010

Applications for returning students and siblings of returning students are given first priority for spaces in all our programs until November 20th, 2010. New student applications are date-stamped when they arrive at the office and are processed in order after November 20th. Confirmations of acceptance and registration forms will be mailed approximately two weeks later.

A non-refundable registration fee of $125, along with one month’s deposit submitted with the application form will secure an available spot for your child. Note that cheques will not be cashed until space is confirmed. Post-dated cheques for the balance of tuition are also due with the application.

The deposit will be forfeited if the child is withdrawn from the program after May 31th, 2010. During the school year, written notice is required a minimum of one month prior to cancellation. The remaining fees will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. No refunds will be given after March 1st, 2011.

There is a $25.00 charge for all NSF cheques.

We offer a 10% discount for siblings. The discount applies to the program(s) with the lower cost.
