Application & Administration Policy 2012/2013
Applications for returning students and siblings of returning students are given first priority for spaces in all our programs until November 30th, 2011. New student applications are date-stamped when they arrive at the office and are processed in order after November 30th. Confirmations of acceptance will be mailed and registration forms will be emailed as applications are processed.
A non-refundable registration fee of $150 is included in the tuition. A 10% deposit of total tuition and the 2 post-dated cheques as indicated on the fee schedule MUST be submitted with the application form to secure an available spot for your child. Note: cheques will not be cashed until space is confirmed
Applications will not be accepted without ALL 3 cheques.
The deposit will be forfeited if the child is withdrawn from the program after April 1st, 2012. During the school year, written notice is required a minimum of one month prior to cancellation. The remaining fees will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. No refunds will be given after March 1st, 2013.
There is a $25.00 charge for all NSF cheques.
We offer a 10% discount for siblings. The discount applies to the program(s) with the lower cost.
Optional Programs
Pre-Register and save! Our Bring Your Own Lunch program for children 2.5 to 5 years, can be tailored to suit your needs (2 days per week or more) if you pre-register now.
The Drop-In program provides a place for children to play supervised for a few hours (without a parent or caregiver). There is an opportunity for gross motor, crafts and imaginative play as well as an afternoon snack. It runs daily between 12:45 pm and 2:45 pm at Bedford Park and between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm at Castlefield with exception of school holidays and designated P.D. days.
Occasional charges are $10.00 per lunch, per child, and $10.00 per hour at Drop In ($5.00 for each additional sibling attending at the same time). Reservations are required one day in advance as space is limited. Families are billed once a month.
After-school and Before-school Administration Policy

All 10 post-dated cheques for the year's tuition are also due with the application. Applications will not be accepted without cheques.
