To apply:
1. Print out the appropriate registration form on the Fees & Forms page.
2. Fill out the registration form.
3. The completed registration form can then be dropped off in person to either of our locations or sent by mail to the following address:

Once the school has received the applications, they are reviewed, and we will contact you to let you know the status of your application.
