Our Programs

All of our programs have been developed to ensure positive early experiences and to create positive attititudes towards learning. We hope that you find a program that is best for your child among these options:

Toddler

- Half day, mornings only

Our Toddler program is available for children aged 18 months to 2½ years of age. 2-day (T,Th), 3-day (M,W,F) and 5-day programs are available. Please note that the child must have turned 1 year old by March in order to be eligible for Toddler program for the following school year.

Preschool

- Half day, mornings or afternoons

Our Preschool Program is available for children aged 2½ to 4 years of age. 2-day (T,Th), 3-day (M,W,F) and 5-day programs are available, as well as a lunch option. Please note that the child must have turned two by March in order to be eligible for the Preschool program for the following school year.

Kindergarten Programs

- Half day, mornings or afternoons

Our Kindergarten Programs are available for both JK and SK level students. The program focuses on our KinderQ™ Enrichment as well as our Balanced Literacy program. The KinderQ™ program is incorporated into all days during the 2-day (T,Th) and 3-day (M,W,F) programs, and the 5-day program includes 3 days of KinderQ™.

Optional Programs

We offer a number of optional programs that continue to provide positive learning and behavioural experiences for your child. These are:

Bring Your Own Lunch

Children move to the gym for the development of gross motor skills. Activities vary from movement and music to dramatic play to free or teacher led cooperative games.

Drop-In Program

The Drop-In program provides a place for children to play supervised for a few hours (without a caregiver). There is an opportunity for gross motor, crafts and imaginative play as well as an afternoon snack. It runs daily between 12:45p.m. and 2:45 p.m. at our Bedford Park location and between 12:50 p.m. and 3 p.m. at our Castlefield location with the exception of school holidays and designated P.D. days.

Options for Blessed Sacrament Students

Due to the close proximity of Blessed Sacrament School we offer a Pick-up & Drop-off service for Kindergarten students, as well as an After-school club for students needing care after 3:10 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Options for Bedford Park Public & John Fisher Public School Students

We also offer a Pick-up & Drop-off service for Kindergarten students at Bedford Park School, including the bus for that goes to and from John Fisher Public school.
